RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We strive to provide the highest quality customer service and want our PPL to love their purchases. We offer returns on select online purchases within 15 days of receiving your item/items.

All custom, made to order, furniture, artwork and lighting are final sale and not eligible for returns.


Return shipping for eligible items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt of returned items Design for the PPL will credit the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.


All items returned must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items


While we work with best in class shippers, there is always a chance that you may receive an item that was damaged in transit or has manufacturing defects. Please inspect all items upon delivery and contact Design for the PPL within 24 hours if you discover any issues. Any issues reported after 48 hours of receipt will be at Design for the PPL’s discretion to rectify.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee.

  • Proof of purchase is required for a refund
  • Tax charges are refunded in accordance to state and county laws
  • Custom special order items may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept returns on these items. Custom orders include art and furniture purchased online and in store.
  • The item/s must be in the same condition that you received.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To return an item, please contact Customer Care via email at customerservice@designfortheppl.com for a return authorization form. Please then repack and return your package to us at the following address:

We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to our warehouse.

EXCHANGES


Exchanges can be made in store or via contacting customercare@designfortheppl.com. We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

REFUNDS


Once your return has been received and inspected by a member of our team, we will send an email notifying that we have received your returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of confirmation, please first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS


Please note that sale items are final and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects not clearly noted at the time of purchase.


GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
